Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wildcardo app (“App”), provided by Tugboat Coding Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the Shopify App Store.

1. Definitions

  • App: The Shopify application Wildcardo.
  • User, you: The store owner or authorized staff installing and using the App.
  • Service: All functionality, data processing, and support related to the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Description of Service

Wildcardo enables Shopify store owners to:

  • Automatically detect and fix 404 errors
  • Create wildcard-based redirect rules
  • Set up branded short URLs and smart redirect logic

We reserve the right to modify the App and its features without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Provide accurate store information
  • Not reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of the App

5. Billing and Payment

  • The App may be provided with free and paid plans.
  • All billing is handled by Shopify in accordance with their terms.
  • You are responsible for all subscription charges until you uninstall the App.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, and content within the App are the exclusive property of Tugboat Coding Limited. No rights are transferred other than the license to use the App as provided.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may uninstall the App at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Service interruptions or bugs

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tugboat Coding Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your misuse of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
